The 2024 Brooklyn Spring Tasting

The 2024 Brooklyn Spring Tasting

We celebrated our annual Brooklyn Spring Tasting on May 7th and welcomed dozens of producers from around the world to pour and discuss their exciting wines, spirits, and sakes.

The tasting featured appearances from some of our favorite local New York producers, including Hermann J. Wiemer, Ravines, Apollo’s Praise, Neversink Spirits, and Supergay Spirits from up north. Brooklyn Kura, Fort Hamilton Distillery, and Forthave Spirits represented the creative beating heart of spirits and sake production happening right here in Brooklyn.

From around the globe, we were thrilled to host representatives from South America (Distilería Santanera from Mexico, Suyo Pisco from Peru, and Garage Wine Co. from Chile) and Europe (Château de Coulaine, Mas de Gourgonnier, La Bernarde from France, and Mauro Molino from Italy), to name a few.

Thank you to everyone who attended! If you missed this one, don’t forget to reach out to your local Skurnik rep about our upcoming tastings, including our Tour de France later this month and our taste of Germany & Austria in June.
