• Dry gin produced in Aridea, Greece
• Distilled on 200-liter copper pot stills
• Juniper is macerated in locally sourced neutral spirit distilled from sugar beet molasses for 24 hours before distillation; the remaining 9 botanicals are incorporated via basket infusion
• Botanicals include wild foraged sage, fennel seed, rosemary, and bay leaf, along with locally sourced juniper, mastiha, lemon, orange, cardamom, and coriander
• A delightfully lush gin held up by a strong juniper backbone which lays the foundation for the individual botanicals to move in and out of each sip—citrusy coriander, cardamom, and fennel with herbaceous bay leaf and piney rosemary & mastiha
• A portion of Stray Dog’s proceeds are given to a local Greek charity called Save a Greek Stray that provides food, veterinary care, and homes for stray animals

Produced in Aridea, Greece, Stray Dog Wild Gin is made with the country’s finest botanicals: wild foraged sage, fennel seed, rosemary, and bay leaf, along with locally sourced juniper, mastiha, lemon, orange, cardamom, and coriander. This signature recipe lends a distinctly herbal and savory character to the gin which so beautifully reflects its country of origin, lending to the unique, terroir-driven profile. A 24-hour juniper-infused neutral spirit made from sugar beet molasses is directly distilled using 200-liter copper pot stills while the remaining nine botanicals are vapor infused. The resulting spirit is a delightfully lush gin held up by a strong juniper backbone which lays the foundation for the individual botanicals to move in and out of each sip—citrusy coriander, cardamom, & fennel with subtle, but pronounced herbaceous bay leaf and piney rosemary & mastiha notes.
