Bounty White is distilled from 100% molasses on a column still, then aged for 2 years in ex-bourbon casks. After aging, the rum is charcoal filtered to remove color and soften the finish. Medium-bodied with a creamy mid-palate and a clean finish, ripe plantain and toasted coconut feature prominently throughout. This white rum packs way more punch than most in its class and is perfect for daiquiris. 40% ABV
