"The 2022 Fleurfontein, which contains a splash of Roussane and finished at 290g/l residual sugar, has a beautiful nose with wonderful purity—orange blossom, quince and marmalade soar from the glass. The palate is very pure and slightly candied on the opening, revealing notes of apricot and fig. Honeyed and spicy toward the finish, this is a fabulous dessert wine from Keermont that should age marvelously in bottle."
