  • Roasted corn, chocolate cherry cordial candy, cinnamon, and almond on the nose precede a bold palate led by grilled corn—charred husk and all—and earthy, vegetal undertones of parsnip, spinach, and dark chocolate with lingering notes of creamed corn, cocoa powder, and green peppercorn on a dry and moreish finish

Aged for three years before blending and bottling, the influence of the casks are seamlessly integrated, lending subtle notes of baking spice and red fruit without overshadowing the grain-forward complexity of the whiskey.
