• Cask strength wheated straight bourbon whiskey produced by Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky
• Mash bill of 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% white winter wheat
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still
• Aged 7 years
• Blend of 109 barrels
• Orange zest, brûléed peach, pound cake, and baked nutmeg on the nose transition to a palate of pastry dough, red apple, black peppercorn, mango, and roasted walnut with oatmeal cinnamon cookie, dried cherry, and chai on the finish
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 52.9% ABV

A momentous release for Castle & Key and a reflection of the distillery’s journey up until now, this 7-year-old wheated bourbon was distilled with care, passion, and a respect for the tradition of whiskey making using white winter wheat—a sweeter variety without the tannins found in red winter wheat—and bottled at cask strength to best display the boldest qualities of the grain.
