- Aromas of yellow apple, Meyer lemon, clover honey, and white pepper transition to a flash of candied-pear sweetness on the palate tempered by apple skin tannin and accompanied by mace and fruit-syrup-soaked vanilla cake. Nougat and honey round the lively finish with a whisper of green apple Jolly Rancher making a late appearance.
