Practicing Sustainable • 100% Vermentino • Las Brisas Vineyard (Carneros AVA, Sonoma County) • Sandy soils  • Hand-harvested • Native yeast fermentation • Wine was foot trodden whole cluster and pre-fermented on the skins for 4 hours. Then the wine is was pressed to neutral barrels to ferment and age 10 months. The wine went through primary and secondary fermentations • Bottled unfined and unfiltered • 98 cases produced • 12.2% ABV
