"Aromas of beeswax and a whiff of petrol mingle with dried herb, ripe stone fruit and orange zest. Made from the historic parcel of the Fosso di Corsano vineyard, it's full-bodied, incredibly smooth and savory, delivering a depth of flavors including ripe apricot, tangerine drop, a hint of honey and saline mineral notes alongside fresh acidity. Aged on its lees for seven months, it then stays another year in the bottle before hitting the market, giving the wine nice complexity. Drink now or hold until 2030 for even more complexity.
