• Single cask rum distilled in Aragua, Venezuela, and bottled by Holmes Cay
• Column distilled from 100% molasses
• Aged 15 years in Venezuela in ex-bourbon barrels
• Light fruit and caramel on the nose transition to a palate highlighting tangy citrus and peach with notes of pepper and oak on a dry finish

This latest single cask expression from Holmes Cay was distilled at a historic 228-year-old estate in Venezuela’s Aragua valley that, for legal reasons, independent bottlers may not disclose by name. Instead, the distillery is connoted by the moniker, “Destileria Sofa.” Aged entirely in its country of origin, this is the highest-proof bottling to date released in the US from this distillery.
