Valdigiue Petillant Naturel 'Rancho Chimiles Vyd'
Valdiguié (Napa Gamay) from Terry Wilson’s Rancho Chimiles vineyard in Wooden Valley, Napa Valley AVA. A cooler region in south Napa, nestled against the Vacas mountains. Persistent mid-morning fog prevents extreme temperatures. Vines are 40+ years old. No tillage in the vineyard with a permanent cover crop on silt loam soils, transitioning to organic starting this year.

"The 2022 Valdiguié Rancho Chimiles is scented of blueberry and black cherry jam, resinous herbs and dried flowers. The light-bodied palate offers concentrated, floral flavors structured by chalky tannins and fireworks of fresh acidity, and it has a long, perfumed finish."
