Valdigiue Petillant Naturel 'Rancho Chimiles Vyd'

Valdiguié (Napa Gamay) from Terry Wilson’s Rancho Chimiles vineyard in Wooden Valley, Napa Valley AVA. A cooler region in south Napa, nestled against the Vacas mountains. Persistent mid-morning fog prevents extreme temperatures. Vines are 40+ years old. No tillage in the vineyard with a permanent cover crop on silt loam soils, transitioning to organic starting this year.

• 50 year old vines
• Silty, loamy soils
• Native yeast fermentation
• Fermented in stainless steel until 20g/L of RS is still left. Then it was bottled and it finished fermentation in bottle
• After 6 months of bottle age, wine is riddled and disgorged with no dosage
• 275 cases produced(if under 1000)
• 10.5% ABV
