- Bay laurel and juniper are vapor distilled via basket
- Coriander is wok-roasted and combined with the remaining botanicals that are then macerated and distilled directly in the pot of St. George’s copper pot still
- Aromas of lemon and orange zest, lemon verbena, and pine resin amplify on the palate, evoking damp forest floor complemented by savory sage and bay laurel with lingering pine needle on the finish
