The El Sabino rancho is located less than an hour from Teuchitlán, home to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Los Guachimontones—an archaeological site known today for its enormous circular pyramids (as featured in the Lagrimas del Valle logo). Known for its exceedingly high-quality agave, this parcel sits at 1,261 meters above sea level, and the agave yields an impressive 40% brix level at maturity. This 2023 vintage displays herbal, citrusy aromas with a buttery, mineral-driven palate of cooked agave and oregano.

"If one were to take the classic blanco profile and turn it up to 11, they'd have this stunning expression from Lagrimas Del Valle. Every sip runs the gamut from cooked agave, fresh herbs, and minerality to bright citrus and fiery jalapeños. Tahona-extracted, additive free, and bottled at an unusual 46 percent ABV, this is not your average blanco — it's exceptional."
