Sometimes you just need more of a good thing. Limited to under 2,500 bottles per production, this assertive 94-proof tequila is a potent window into the flavors and aromas of historic Valles tequila. Milled using a stone tahona, fermented with the bagasse (agave fibers), and distilled to proof before it’s rested and oxygenated in 20-liter glass demijohns (damajuanas) sealed only with corn cobs, Cascahuin Plata 48 is an inspiring taste of tequila at its most pure.
