- Cream, subtle earth, damp clay, orange zest, green banana, and a touch of chocolate malt on the nose; the palate is linear but epic, with long evolving notes of slate and graphite, sea salt and chocolate, pink peppercorn and candied carrots, with a hint of jasmine and sweet peppers. One to savor.
