This unique batch is a blend of two distinct production runs from February of 2023 (48.9% ABV) and January of 2024 (51.8% ABV), both rested at still strength and later married, the proof adjusting naturally through their union and the passage of time. The result is much greater than the sum of its parts: the older spirit brings savory, vegetal notes of cooked agave, sweet potato, pepper, and herbs, while the younger batch livens things up with sweet, dried orchard fruits, racy citrus notes, and a nimble, floral finish.
