• Practicing sustainable agriculture and water renewal
• 100% Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) single-estate grown at an elevation of over 7,000 feet
• Cooked in brick ovens
• Crushed with roller mill
• Fermented with distiller’s yeast in open-air steel tanks for 80–90 hours
• Distilled twice using traditional pot stills made from copper and steel
• Filtered with paper and charcoal before bottling
• Friendly yet expressive, balancing the high floral notes that Arandas is famous for, such as pink peppercorn and fresh sweet herbs, with delicate fruit and citrus zest
• 40% ABV

Casco Viejo is estate-driven tequila from the original Camarena family rancho in Arandas.
