The entry level Blanco from Cascahuín is a perennial crowd-pleaser and one of the most-admired “value” tequilas on the market; it’s nearly impossible to find a bar in Guadalajara where it’s not being served. Helmed by industry icon Salvador Rosales Torres alongside his son Salvador “Chava” Rosales, Cascahuín uses a combination of estate-grown and meticulously sourced agave (including harvests from their frequent collaborators at Santanera).
