Straight Bourbon Whiskey 'Tumblin' Dice' [Blue Label]

• Straight Bourbon whiskey bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Proof and Wood
• Distilled in Indiana (MGP)
• Mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% barley
• Aged a minimum 4 years in 53-gallon barrels (the numbers on the label’s dice add up to the average age!)
• Blended in small batches of approximately 20 barrels
• Nose of lemon zest, confectioner’s sugar, and pine resin leads to a spritely mid-palate of makrut lime leaf, vanilla, Granny Smith apple skin, and a refreshing finish of arugula on sourdough
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV

Tumblin’ Dice bourbon is blended in small batches, demonstrating the two things Proof and Wood controls as a blender and finisher of fine spirits and the two things that are incredibly important to any whiskey’s flavor: the proof at which it is bottled and the wood in which it is aged.
