• Straight bourbon whiskey distilled at the Neeley Family Distillery in Sparta, Kentucky
• Small batch vatting of 12 barrels selected by Hidden Barn Master Blender Jackie Zykan
• Distilled from a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley
• Open top, sweet mash fermented in cypress vats for 5 days using wild Appalachian yeast
• Double copper pot distilled
• Aged a minimum of 6 years in air-seasoned casks; non-age statement
• Browned butter, black cherry, and a bit of orange zest on the nose precedes a viscous palate led by strong notes of dark cacao and hazelnut
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 53.25% ABV

Hidden Barn’s award-winning Series One Small Batch releases are distilled by Royce Neeley at the Neeley Family Distillery and blended by Master Blender Jackie Zykan to highlight and accentuate the most compelling barrels of the distillery’s grain-forward and confectionary bourbon. Slow Fade—a small vatting of twelve barrels aged between six and eight years—offers balanced warmth and clean longevity with a lingering, slowly fading sweetness on the finish.
