  • Mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% barley
  • Aged 5 years
  • Shortbread, charred applewood, tart cherry, and roasted peanut skin entice on the nose, leading to a palate expressing milk chocolate and allspice with a pleasant balance of texture and tannin. Red apple skin lingers on the finish along with toasted rye seeds, hinting at this friendly whiskey’s high-rye mash bill.
  • Non-chill filtered; 48% ABV
Selected from the same rye-heavy barrels which provide Proof & Wood’s Tumblin’ Dice (World Whiskies Awards’ Best Non-Kentucky Single Barrel Bourbon of 2021), only two small batches of this special blend were ever produced.
