  • Grapes are harvested in mid-September
  • Light maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of 16°C
  • First and Second fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts
  • The spumante is left on the lees for 3 months and then clarified and bottled
  • 11% alcohol
  • 17g/l of residual sugar
