- Cooked using a traditional earthen pit oven
- Milled by hand using a small axe
- Fermented in pine wood-lined stone vats using spring water
- Distilled twice in a Filipino-style hybrid still of copper, wood, and agave quiote
- Fibrous and bold with barnyard aromatics of hay, wildflowers, and charred vegetables, followed by sweet depths of cacao, burnt sugar, smoked tea, and plum sauce
- 50 liters produced in January 2023
- 48.5% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)
