"The 2020 may have been considerably more concentrated than this vintage, and yet there is something more mellifluous, intuitive of feel and graceful to this 2021. A salty lead of preserved lemons, quince, tangerines and stone fruit. Incisive mineral precision and wet pebble complexity. This would make a worthy replacement for a top Chablis. Volcanic and alive. Scored on drinkability quotient. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold."

"This wine opens with aromas of bruised apple, jasmine, and lemon curd. The palate is solid and well balanced, with a firm structure and delivers highlights that combine orchard and stone fruit, with a mix of citrus peel that brightens the finish. Drink now–2045. — Jeff Porter"
