- Aged 12 years in an ex-Oloroso puncheon; distilled May 2011 and bottled July 2023
- Aromas of poached orchard fruit, heather honey, and orange peel lead to waves of red berries on the palate accompanied by dark chocolate, coconut, and butterscotch with ginger and grapefruit on the finish
- No color added
- Non-chill filtered; 59.7% ABV

"A lot of olfactory complexity on display here, with raisins, mixed nuts, clove-studded baked orange, heather honey, sesame oil, and a hint of long-aged balsamic vinegar. At cask strength, there's a surge of spice on the palate, preceded by molasses, dates, raisins, figs, and peppercorn, followed by walnut, chocolate, and seasoned oak, with mocha and pepper on the finish.
