• Distilled at Highland Park Distillery on October 23, 2003
• Aged in a refill cask until 2017 when it was re-racked by Epicurean Selection in a first-fill Oloroso sherry barrel
• Bottled on February 5, 2024; aged over 20 years
• 176 bottles produced in total
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 57.4% ABV

“Whitlaw” is a pseudonym for Highland Park Distillery, Scotland’s northernmost distillery, located in the Orkney Islands behind the Whitlaw Hills. Independent bottlers use the pseudonym since the distillery rarely permits them to feature the Highland Park name.
