- 160-hour fermentation in stainless steel washbacks
- Twice distilled in copper pot stills
- Aged a total of 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels followed by Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons
- Aromas of drip coffee, dried cherries, and praline pecans lead to a palate of candied bacon, chocolate ganache and dark cocoa, and a touch of iodine on the finish
- No added coloring
- Non-chill filtered; 48% ABV

"Chocolate brownie, smoked orange disc, ground cumin, mild smoked paprika, gentle peat smoke, and a dusting of cocoa on the nose of this gem of a whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry puncheons. On the palate, dark chocolate slides in with smoke, blackberry, burnt sugar, treacle, espresso, maple-coated pecans, and sizzling spices. Melted chocolate, peat smoke, plum skins, and baked orange on the finish."
