Distilled at the Glenfarclas Distillery in Ballindalloch, this single malt whisky leans into its sherry cask influence, paying homage to the distillery’s Glenfarclas 105—a team favorite at Epicurean Selection. The distillery is notoriously strict about the use of the their name on independent bottling labels, so Glenfarclas whiskies are commonly bottled under fanciful names like “Secret Speyside.”
