• The fourth release in the Quiet Rebels annual series, dedicated to the individuals that contribute to Nc’Nean’s creation
• Distilled from 100% organic-certified malted Scottish barley
• Twice distilled in copper pot stills
• Aged a minimum of 3 years in 63% STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) red wine casks, 19% ex-Maury casks, 18% ex-bourbon barrels; non-age statement
• Aromas of dried apricot, oats, wet cobblestone, and lightly roasted coffee lead to a palate of lemon zest and freshly churned butter with herbs before transitioning to cobbler crumble, green peppercorn, and a hint of salt on the finish
• Certified organic by the Biodynamic Association (United Kingdom)
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; 48.5% ABV
