• Speyside single malt Scotch whisky produced by The GlenAllachie Distillery in Aberlour
• Hand-selected from GlenAllachie’s old stock and carefully blended by Master Distiller Billy Walker
• Aged 35 years; blended from multiple casks distilled June and July of 1989
• Matured in a combination of two toasted and charred virgin oak casks, three ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, and one ex-Oloroso sherry cask
• A nose of mocha, cinnamon, and heather honey complemented by pomegranate and eucalyptus leads to a palate of dark chocolate, dried fruit, treacle, and baking spice
• Packaged in a box made of American oak and brass
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; 48% ABV
