• Sweet mash fermented from a mash bill of 51% corn, 39% rye, and 10% malted barley
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still and doubler
• Aged minimum 5 years in Independent Stave Company medium toast, char #4 barrels
• Aromas of leather, pipe tobacco, dark cocoa, and cherry precede a rich, creamy palate with notes of blackberry pie, caramelized orange peel, and butterscotch with cinnamon and vanilla on a dry, lightly spiced finish
• Non-chill filtered; 52% ABV
