Distilled by the former Ten Cane Rum Distillery—custom built by Möet Hennessey in 2003 and officially shuttered in 2015—this was the first marque of the luxury Ten Cane Rum brand. Aged in a combination of ex-Cognac and ex-rum casks, Holmes Cay is releasing two casks per year over the course of nine years, each with an additional year of maturation. This extremely rare vertical series offers the opportunity to experience the evolution of flavor as these unique barrels—truly the last of their kind—age from 10 to 19 years.
