• Distilled from a base of Finger Lakes Distilling’s own local grape spirit
• Produced using water sourced from aquifers around Seneca Lake, the deepest lake in New York
• 11 botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, orange peel, cardamon, lemon peel, peppercorn, hyssop, dill, licorice root, cucumber
• Botanicals are ground and macerated overnight before being distilled
• Distilled in a 350-gallon Holstein pot still with rectification column
• Zippy and fresh with notes of citrus peel, juniper, cucumber, clove, and light anise

• Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV
