- 85% Old Vine Semillon & 15% Sauvignon Blanc
- The Semillon is comprised of 40 year old vines from Franschhoek and a younger Swartland vineyard on decomposed Granite
- The Sauvignon Blanc comes from 15 year old vines on south-facing slopes with a combination of Table Mountain Sandstone and Bokkeveld Shale soils
- Both Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc were fermented with natural yeasts and matured in 400L and 500L old French oak barrels
- Both wines spent about ten months on the lees before being blended and bottled. Some 20% of the wine was also matured in clay amphorae
- 3,500 bottles produced
