"The silver/straw-colored 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is perfumed and expressive with notes of salted grapefruit, tropical flowers, candied citrus, ripe peaches, and fresh dewy earth. Medium-bodied, it's juicy and pretty, with ripe acidity and a clean finish. It's a lovely and elegant Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy over the next 2-4 years."

"The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is dusty and floral, opening with a pretty blend of white peaches complicated by hints of sage and gingery spice. It sweeps across the palate with a gentle inner sweetness, showing green melon and candied citrus tones balanced by saline minerality. This tapers off with tension, tremendously fresh and nearly salty in character. Very nice."

"Fermented in concrete, the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is scented of kiwi, green herbs, beeswax and candle smoke. The light-bodied palate explodes with peachy fruit and soft herbal tones add complexity. A touch of textural grip is balanced by juicy acidity, and it has a bright, flavorful finish. 1,840 cases produced."
