"Aromas of green mango, cooked pear, lemon curd and quince. Lemon wax, flint and toasted almonds, too. It,s full-bodied with a creamy, oily texture. Dense and phenolic with fantastic concentration. Yet, it remains agile and always so balanced and focused. 90% sauvignon blanc and 10% semillon. Drink or hold."

"The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc L'AprŠs-Midi is a powerful, savory wine that really needs to be served at the dinner table. Dried pear, sage, mint, dried flowers all grace the 2019. L'AprŠs-Midi emerges from six blocks in Les Pavots. I would be very tempted to cellar the 2019, as it is clearly a special wine."
