"Intensely yellow in color and opening with a deep and rich bouquet with oaky, smoky and sur lie notes intermingling with ripe, elegant fruit aromas, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc I is a full-bodied, rich and textural white with fresh oak or even sawdust notes on the palate and a serious mineral as well as phenolic structure. This is still masked by its winemaking, but it's elegant, tight and sustainable. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in July 2024."
