"From the master of Assyrtiko himself, Paris Sigalas, the 2022 Santorini Tria Ampelia is beautifully stitched together with various threads that complete a full portrait of the grape. It delivers complexity and intensity with subtle fruit nuances of Moroccan preserved lemon, Gala apple and nougat. On the other side of the aromatic spectrum, it delivers sharp mineral notes with salted cracker and crushed seashell. The wine's elegant mid-weight texture is driven by animating acidity. From the classic 2022 vintage, this excellent bottle is for the Assyrtiko purists out there."

"A seamless blend of citrus, stonefruit, brioche and pastry. The palate is bright and energetic with bursts of pure fruits and the delicious tang of sablé Breton, with a beautiful dollop of creaminess and a scintillating lightning flash of acidity. It's all beautifully posied with that incredible tension bewteen utter intensity and forceful subtlety. It's delicious, a really beautiful wine where all the elements that winemaker Paris Sigalas was searching for have clearly come together."

"Very bright and pure, with a nose humming of fresh lemon, pith and shortbread. On the palate there's a lovely generous, creamy roundness, counterbalanced with that tantalising flavour of sablé Breton, a chalky texture and fizzle of ozone on the finish. Compelling and complex but feels like it has an extra gear to it – one to watch as it develops."
