Rooted in a tried-and-true Indiana mash bill of 95% rye, Stellum Rye’s complete blend is composed of whiskies distilled and aged in Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky. The rye from Kentucky and Tennessee are incorporated in small amounts to bring a full, round mouthfeel and flashes of buttery sweetness to an otherwise spicy and focused rye. Bright aromas of mint, orange zest, and pink peppercorn introduce a punchy palate of fresh citrus, buttered toast, and hints of grape jelly with an echo of rye grain on the finish, all at a zesty ABV of 58.12%.
