• Straight rye whiskey produced by New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky
• Mash bill of 100% malted rye
• Open top, sour mash fermentation incorporating distiller’s yeast
• Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by distillation in a copper continuous doubler
• Aged 6 years, primarily in new, charred oak and finished in ex-Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks
• Aromas of dark fruit, buttery sherry, and walnut skin lead to a full-bodied palate of rich, oxidative sherry balanced by savory malt
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55.75% ABV
