"This standout agricole hailing from the Indian Ocean island of Réunion begins with umami-forward notes ranging from mushrooms to olives and soy sauce before transitioning to a bouquet of tropical fruit and wildflowers. In some ways, it more closely resembles a complex mezcal, sans smoke.
