"The 2020 Rosso di Montalcino is dark, intense and decidedly savory in style, blending rosemary with mocha, red plums and dried black cherries. This is juicy and round, with depths of dark red fruit and orange notes that add contrast. The 2020 finishes long and with a bitter tinge while maintaining a pleasantly fresh persona. It's a bit of a bruiser, but the balance is lovely. It's much appreciated 13.5% abv means it will be a welcome addition at the dinner table."

"Alluring aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, rose, earth and iron mark this balanced, structured red. The enticing fruit says drink now, but there's enough grip for this to develop over the next few years. Drink now through 2027. 1,275 cases made, 350 cases imported."
