"Pretty in pink, the NV Metodo Charmat Rosé Rive Gauche lifts from the glass with a dusty blend of wildflowers and ginger-spiced yellow apples. It's soothingly round, placing its minerality up front with a wave of saline-tinged bubbles and crip pit fruits that cascade throughout.
