"The 2023 Riesling Zöbing is made in stainless steel. The nose is subdued but gives glimpses of fresh citrus. The palate is all slenderness and zestiness, cushioned by gentle yeast and lasting lemon freshness that makes the mouth water. (Bone-dry)"
