"The 2021 Riesling Ried Heiligenstein was harvested on Permian sandstone. A gentle creaminess on the nose dissipates to reveal savory herbs and crushed yarrow. The palate comes in with juiciness, with rounded stone fruit framed by zesty ripeness that makes the mouth water. This fullness of fruit, with deep, spicy concentration, seeps even deeper into creaminess and stone. A powerful but understated wine of serene flow, of quiet depth, this has undoubted power, with a long, lemony flavor. (Bone-dry)"

"The 2021 Ried Heiligenstein 1–TW shows a clear, intense and spicy nose of concentrated Riesling and apricot fruit. Rich and intense but also delicate and elegant on the palate, this is a complex yet sensual, persistently salty and aromatic Heiligenstein with plenty of substance and impressive length. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at Schloss Grafenegg, September 2023."
