"The 2021 Riesling/Gruner Veltliner is a sinewy, savory expression, with plenty of concentration and satisfying phenolics giving this wine an appetizing, serious structure. A stream of balanced acidity leaves the palate clean. It's starting to show the first signs of development in its flavor profile, offering up spice and savory notes alongside bruised apple flavors, florals and that unmistakably Riesling note of lime. This provides for gratifying drinking now and, with a screw-cap on, it won't be going anywhere quickly."

"This intriguing white is fragrant, with lemon blossom and jasmine up front, then fleshy notes of ripe peach, apricot and lemon curd. Finishes with an accent of candied ginger peel, while a fresh thread of acidity keeps the flavors bright and juicy. Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. Drink now. 250 cases made, 30 cases imported."
