"The 2020 Dominio de Bibei is 93% Brancellao and 3% Mouratón from Val do Bibei, Ribeira Sacra, aged 19 months in 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels. Garnet in hue, it offers subtle aromas of cherry, raspberry and dark fruit, along with laurel and pink peppercorn touches. The oak is discreet, allowing the wine's delicate, fluid character and active tannins to shine. Long on flavor, the 2020 is distinctive, cleansing and elegant."

"This is the winery's most delicate wine. Subtle, aerial and with an outstanding minerality. It is a very burgundian expression and the demonstration of great refinement from Ribeira Sacra. I like finding in it such a deep aroma and complete palate but with such a delicate texture. Subtlety of great expression in the glass.ÿ(FC)"
