"There is an herbal and balsamic quality in the reds here that seems milder in the warm and ripe 2022 vintage. The 2022 O Esteiro Espadeiro has a perfumed nose and a very austere palate, and it has only 10.5% alcohol and seems to lack a little bit of fat. It is sharp and light, a bit thin. It was bottled in April 2024."
