• Vineyard planted in the early 1970’s in the eastern portion of the Columbia Gorge (The Dalles Region)
• Steep and east facing exposition
• Pinot Noir and Syrah interplanted with own-rooted Cabernet Sauvignon
• Sandstone soils
• 300-900 ft. elevation
• Native yeast fermentation
• Destemmed Cabernet Sauvignon is co-fermented with small lots of Syrah and Pinot Noir
• Aged 11 months in neutral French oak
• 13.5% abv
