"Lustau,s premium Amontillado is a photo album of the past, with sepia photographs of fruitsand nuts long gone and ancient oak. With its deep Marmite-like umami, it shows no primaryjuiciness, leaving the field to salty, savoury impressions. Plenty of personality."
